Origin
Marwé was selected in 1973 in the Netherlands and introduced in
1990.
Cropping Season and Growth Habit
Picking starts one week later than Glen Ample. The plants are
healthy vigorous growers.
Fruit Quality
Marwé is a high yielding variety. The fruit is large, firm and
bright red in colour. The variety is well suited for long-cane,
extended season production.
Disease Resistance
Marwé is not susceptible to mildew, or raspberry root rot. |
