Matis was produced from a cross
between Mara Des Bois and a Marrionnet hybrid.
Season
The season of Matis is 3-5 days later
than Darselect. 5-10 days later than Elsanta in the UK
Fruit Characteristics
The berries have a very
large regular conical shape and are glossy orange red in colour. The
fruit are firm, with a good shelf life and have a good, sweet
flavour. Matis is a high yielding variety which can produce over 1kg
per plant.
